Description
Our grassfed ground beef (two lbs. packed in individually-wrapped 1-lb. packages) makes juicy and delicious burgers on the grill. In addition, we use this tasty and healthy burger from Scottish Highland cattle for meatloaf, chili, shepherd’s pie, stuffed peppers, and pizza toppings.
Our beef is grassfed AND grass-finished. No grain, no GMOs, no antibiotics. We raise our heritage breed Scottish Highland steers for beef stock and harvest them at the optimum age of 24-27 months, ensuring a quality product.
