Our Story
Lakin's Gorges Cheese began in 2011 and moved to our new home, East Forty Farm, in Waldoboro in 2016. We expanded from making cow's milk cheese to also raising whey pigs.
In our commercial kitchen, we make cheese accompaniments, like jam and crackers, as well as prepared foods, like ravioli and lasagna filled with our cheese.
